My Approach

Most coaching stays at the level of tactics. I work at the level of the system.

I’m trained in formulation — understanding what’s driving the pattern, not just managing the symptoms. That means I don’t start with goals or habits. I start with how you’re actually operating under the pressure you’re carrying: what’s narrowing your thinking, what’s driving your defaults, and where the cost is showing up.

Then I bring the coaching lens: turning that understanding into clear, practical shifts in how you lead, communicate, make decisions, recover, and set boundaries.

This isn’t endless analysis. It’s precise, targeted work — with real-world outcomes.

Why This Works

Performance and wellbeing aren’t separate. They’re the same system.

A lot of high performers build success by overriding signals — pushing through fatigue, suppressing discomfort, tightening control. It works for a while. Eventually, the cost catches up: in the body, in decisions, in relationships, in leadership.

I built this practice because I saw a gap. Traditional therapy often didn’t fit what high performers needed. Most coaching didn’t go deep enough. Leaders needed someone who could hold both the psychological depth and the practical direction — without turning them into a patient or keeping things surface-level.

That’s what I do.
